Hand Drawn Marker Sketches from Photos
This is a very unique and special service that I am able to offer thanks to my previous training in advertising and graphic design. I have been interested in drawing people since I was a child, but I was never able to make it work until I took a rendering class in college, where I had the opportunity to experiment with markers. Once I mastered that technique, I was able to apply it to my portraits with amazing results.
Nonetheless, this is a very time consuming, layering process, a lot like painting, except I find I have better control with markers because of their hard tip than with a brush. All my drawings are done on special high quality marker paper, using only high quality markers, and sealed with spray marker fix to stop them from fading over time.

Once I receive your photo, I will determine if I can work with it and will call you to agree on a price and time line. I require payment in advance, and usually take from 4 to 8 weeks to complete my drawings.
